The Belair convertible had four different color combination and were all vinyl or cloth pattern looking vinyl. In addition there were five different convertible top fabric colors (Ivory, Black, Light Blue, Medium Green and Beige) that more closely match some of the body colors. Two Ten models have an array of choices from silver vinyl to charcoal pattern cloth. However, only choices were offered on the One Fifty models, basic black and gray plus a dark green vinyl. The new dash had raised clusters ahead of the steering wheel, housing a large circular speedometer between smaller diameter water temperature and fuel gauges. The radio (optional) was still mounted centrally and above the glove box. The front speaker now faced upward from the middle of the dash top instead of directly at the right front passenger like the 1955 and 1956 Chevy's. The dash was slightly concave all the way across instead of flat. Below are 1957 Chevrolet interior combination samples.
